Return Policy

If you’re not in love with your purchase (which is rare!) we want to hear all about it! We stand by our JUNO & Co-branded products, and if you’re truly unsatisfied, we’re happy to accept returns up to 14 days after your purchase has been delivered for unused and unopened products. Please read on below for the return process and if your purchase is eligible. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.

We will only accept JUNO & Co products purchased on thejuno.co. Third-party or resold JUNO & Co products will not be eligible for a refund. (Ex: Purchased through Facebook Marketplace, and offers redeemed on Ipsy, etc)

JUNO & Co Return Policy:

At this time, we do not offer free returns. You must pay the shipping costs at your own expense and note that original order shipping fees will be refunded on total order returns. Shipping will not be refunded for partial returns. 

Unused and unopened products in the original packaging will receive a refund to your order payment method if shipped for a return. You also have the option to receive a site credit in the amount of the item(s), or order total including shipping of your return, if you do not want to pay for return shipping. Site credit does not expire, can be combined with promos and discount codes and may be redeemed for anything on the site. You do not need to use the entire balance in one purchase.

If a product has been used and opened, you are not eligible for a refund to your order payment method. A site credit will be issued in the amount of the item(s), or order total of your return (minus shipping). Site credit does not expire, can be combined with promos and discount codes and may be redeemed for anything on the site. You do not need to use the entire balance in one purchase.

If you receive your order and you are missing items you are only eligible for a refund of the missing items to your original payment method. 

How to return an item:

  1. Email our Support team at support@thejuno.zendesk.com to notify them you are returning a product along with a reason why (this gives our team a heads up to expect a return package)
  2. Pack your products (you may use original packaging or your own) and include your invoice or order number for easy processing. Failure to attach your order number may result in complications or delays refunding your order.
  3. At your own expense, ship your products to the following address:

Please note: You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and we highly suggest requesting tracking information on your return package so you can keep an eye on its movements and be notified when it arrives safely to our warehouse. Shipping expenses are paid by you and shipping paid on your original order cannot be refunded for any partially returned products.

Upon receipt in our warehouse, our team will process your return within 10 business days of its delivery. 

 If your item was damaged in transit, has surpassed the 14-day window or if you have additional questions, please reach out to our support team at support@thejuno.zendesk.com for assistance.
