Clean 10 Cleansing Balm is a unique oil-based cleanser curated for all skin types to effortlessly dissolve makeup. It’s developed to remove even waterproof makeup and perform multiple tasks. Our cleansing balm only has 10 ingredients but heavily depends on our star ingredient, Japanese Barley Magic. This particular ingredient is a source of vitamins and antioxidants in order to help regulate the skin’s melanin production. This includes brightening the skin’s complexion and reducing dark spots. The implemented technology deeply cleanses skin without stripping natural oils.

    With clean hands, use the included spatula to scoop a generous amount of balm onto your hand.

    Warm up the balm with dry fingertips until it transforms into a silky, smooth oil.

    Gently massage the product into skin with gentle circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm water or wipe off using a warm, damp washcloth.

    Follow with our Clarifying Cleansing Powder for the ultimate double cleanse. Follow with your favorite serums, moisturizer, and SPF.

  • When will my order ship and how long it takes?

    Orders placed on our online store will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS within the US. For international orders the processing time takes 2 weeks.

  • I'm having problems with the tracking.

    Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status.     Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime. We’ve also seen packages arrive before they are marked as delivered.

Once locating the original order, we'll handle it!

Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
