Can I change my shipping address?
Orders begin processing immediately after being placed, so we are unable to modify or change them, regardless of shipment status. If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot guarantee changes. However, if the package is returned to us, we can offer a refund for the items. Unfortunately, once your package has shipped, we cannot change the address, even if the status isn't marked as 'shipped.'
