The tracking says my package was delivered but I didn't receive it. How can I get my package?
USPS tracking can sometimes be inaccurate. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, it’s common for it to show up within the next few days. What order do I apply JUNOCO body products?
Start in the shower with The Body Oil Rinse — it cleanses and nourishes at the same time. Right after you step out, while skin is still damp, apply the Full Body Nectar Serum. Damp skin absorbs it faster and the glow hits different. Lock everything in with the Full Body Melt Cream or Body Butter. That's it — three steps, full body glow.
What does the Full Body Nectar Serum feel like and smell like?
It's a cool, jelly-like gel that sinks in instantly — no stickiness, no residue, just a bouncy, cushioned finish. The scent is a fresh blend of juicy pear and soft florals. Light enough that it doesn't compete with your perfume, noticeable enough that people will ask what you're wearing.
What's the difference between the Full Body Nectar Serum and the Body Butter / Full Body Melt Cream?
Think of the Serum as your drink of water — lightweight, fast-absorbing, delivers immediate glow and hydration to damp skin. The Body Butter and Full Body Melt Cream are your seal — richer, creamier, lock everything in. For normal to dry skin, layer both. For lighter days or warmer weather, the Serum alone does the job.
Can I use JUNOCO body products if I have sensitive skin?
It depends on your level of sensitivity. Our body line is scented — formulated with fragrance and botanical actives — so if your skin is very reactive or eczema-prone, we'd recommend patch testing before committing to a full routine. For most sensitive skin types the products are totally fine. When in doubt, start with one product at a time and see how your skin responds.
How do I get the best glow results from the body line?
Two things make the biggest difference: apply the Full Body Nectar Serum on damp skin right out of the shower, and exfoliate 2–3 times a week with the Buffing Butter. Damp application locks in more moisture and amplifies the glow. Exfoliating removes the dull layer so everything underneath can actually shine through.
Are JUNOCO body products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Most of our body formulas contain higher concentrations of fragrance and essential oil components, so we recommend checking with your doctor before using them while pregnant or breastfeeding. If you need a safer option in the meantime, reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
How should I store my body products?
Room temperature, away from direct sunlight and steam. That means skip the shower shelf for anything leave-on. A bathroom shelf or bedroom vanity works perfectly. If a formula ever changes texture or smell, that's your sign it's time to replace it.
How do I use the Nail & Cuticle Polishing Gloss?
The brush-to-dropper dual applicator makes it foolproof. Put a small drop on the back of your hand, use the brush to glide it across your cuticles and nails. One drop, done. Use daily or whenever your nails need a moment.

Most JUNOCO products are best used within 12 months of opening. You'll find a small jar symbol on the packaging with a number inside — that's your PAO (Period After Opening) indicator. Store everything away from heat and direct sunlight to get the most out of every product.
What's the right order for applying products?
For face: cleanse first (Jade Cleansing Balm, then Cleansing Powder if you double cleanse), then serums, then moisturizer, then SPF in the morning. For body: The Body Oil Rinse in the shower, Full Body Nectar Serum on damp skin right after, then Body Butter or Full Body Melt Cream to seal. Lightest textures always go before heavier ones.
